二大政党政治のアメリカでは共和党、民主党どちらを選んでも戦争をする。その為の予算に上限は実質的にはないに等しい。
上限のないアメリカの国家債務によって”アメリカの戦争”がこれまで世界で起こされてきた。その予算から利益を得てきたのが軍産複合体だろう。アメリカの債務を引受けているのはアメリカ国民だけではない。世界中の政府や企業がその債務を”欲得づく”で引受けている。戦争が終わらない大きな原因のひとつだろう。
第二次世界大戦後からアメリカとソ連の冷戦は始まった。冷戦は別の言葉で言えば「軍拡競争（宇宙）」ということだ。その中で原子力爆弾は精度や威力を増しているし各国が恐ろしいほどの数の核実験を行っている。核兵器は人類の「原罪」となったが人類はそのことを反省しようとしない。
我々現代人が潜在意識に持つ恐怖の核心が原子力爆弾による破壊と被爆である。そこから目を逸らせてはならない。
ソ連崩壊で冷戦終結。アメリカは有頂天。だが、ソ連崩壊（エンディング）とともにアメリカ資本主義の崩壊（オープニング）が始まった。
両者の共通点は何かといえば、私利私欲と金銭腐敗であり、これがいまや世界に蔓延している。コロナパンデミックよりも危険で手強い相手でもある。
これとの対立が決定的になったのがアメリカで起きた９１１であると私は思っている。アメリカは上院下院ともにビビったし議員は男性であれ女性であれ、共和党であれ民主党であれ、CIAやNSAなどにスキャンダルを握られて軍産複合体の言いなりになっている。
カネの流れを透明化し、無駄な予算を上から流し込まないというのが腐敗掃討の基本であると思う。USAIDへの資金停止は相当の浄化威力を持っているはずだ。
話が逸れたが、軍産複合体（アメリカ・NATO）は現在の新冷戦を既存メディアの活字に載せたときには手遅れの感がある。
蛇足だが、カネを市場に預けたら「経済制裁」というイカサマ武器で没収されるような金融システムを世界の誰が信用するのだろうか。そのことは欧米金融市場の自己破壊であり信用破壊（クロージング）だ。
世界帝国という概念はどこから始まったのだろうか。素人目としては世界に国旗を持っているユニオンジャックが発祥の地ではないのかと見当をつけている。三枚の舌を持っている。その中の一枚がイスラエル（シオニズム）と繋がっていても不思議ではないだろう。
ウクライナではウクライナ住民がウクライナ軍により殲滅させられ、ガザではパレスチナ人が殲滅させられようとしている。
片や日本では兵糧攻めと水道乗っ取りが欧米資本によって行われている。
