India–Pakistan war: The winners and the losers
It was so easy to have both India and Pakistan’s so-called “elites” fall into the trap. One just needs to manipulate cheap “national pride” emotions – and the usual suspects are masters of that domain.
What does the Bharat concept – the new official name for India – really entail? Bharat refers to Emperor Bharata, identified as the first conqueror of the whole Indian subcontinent. Very Israeli-style, a Bharata Empire mural has since 2023 been showcased in the Indian Parliament, directly incorporating territories that belong to Pakistan and Bangladesh.
So what can be realistically interpreted as “terrorism” under a Bharat lens, really? All Kashmiris, Pakistanis, and Bangladeshis may be categorized as such? The actual leader of the Bharatiya Janata Party’s (BJP) parent organization, the Rashtrapati Bhagwat, insists that the “Bharata Empire” will inevitably come to fruition. In parallel, Indian media went into a frenzy promoting the independence of Balochistan from Pakistan.
Who wins out of all this strife? Certainly not Indians themselves. Certainly not BRICS. Only the usual Divide and Rule suspects.

インドとパキスタンのいわゆる「エリート」が罠にはまるのは簡単なことだった。安っぽい「民族の誇り」の感情を操作すればいいだけであり、いつもの容疑者たちはその分野の達人なのだ。
インドの新しい正式名称「バーラト（Bharat）」のコンセプトは実際には何を意味するのだろうか？バーラトとは、インド亜大陸全体を最初に征服した皇帝バーラタのことである。バーラタ帝国の壁画は2023年以来、インド国会に展示されており、パキスタンとバングラデシュに属する領土が組み込まれている。非常にイスラエル的だ。
では、バーラトから見て現実的に「テロ」と解釈できるものは何だろうか？カシミール人、パキスタン人、バングラデシュ人はすべてそのように分類されるのだろうか？バーラティヤ・ジャナタ党（BJP）の母体であるラシュトラパティ・バグワット党首は、「バーラタ帝国」の実現は必然的だと主張している。それと並行して、インドのメディアはパキスタンからのバロチスタン独立を熱心に推進している。
このような争いから誰が勝利を得るのだろうか？インド人自身ではないことは確かである。BRICSでもない。分裂と支配のいつもの容疑者たちだけなのだ。
シリアのアル・カイダ系暫定政権にムスリム同胞団のイギリス系シリア人
イギリスの対外情報機関MI6は1956年2月頃にナセル暗殺を検討し始める。ロンドンにいたCIAのオフィサーからワシントンのアレン・ダレスに宛てたテレックスの中にMI6がナセルを殺す話をしていたとする記述があるのだという（Stephen Dorril, “MI6”, Fourth Estate, 2000）が、ナセルは1956年6月、エジプト大統領に就任。彼はアラブ諸国の団結を訴え、非同盟運動にも参加した。
その2年前、1954年にムスリム同胞団がナセル暗殺を目論んでいる。その暗殺計画で中心的な役割を果たしたひとりはハッサン・アル・バンナの義理の息子であるサイド・ラマダーンだが、彼を操っていたのはイギリスだと見られている。ジョン・フォスター・ダレス国務長官やアレン・ダレスCIA長官はイギリスに同調していた。
ナセルは1956年7月にスエズ運河の国有化を宣言。その2日後にイギリスはプロパンダ放送局「自由エジプトの声」で反ナセル宣伝を開始、イスラエルに武器を提供。イスラエルはイギリスやフランスの代理としてエジプトと戦争を始めた。

憲法審査会の暴走が緊急事態
憲法審査会規則は憲法審査会の運営に関し協議するため、幹事会を開くことができることを定めているが、幹事会が担うのはあくまでも「運営に関する協議」。
幹事会や幹事懇談会が〈憲法改正そのものの論議〉を行うことは許されない。
その理由は幹事会や幹事懇談会が主権者国民に対して開示されていないからだ。
そもそも改憲のための常設機関を国会に設置すること自体が憲法違反。
その上、その論議内容が国民に開示されないなどは論外。
少なくとも憲法論議を〈主権者国民の不断の監視と批判の下に置く〉必要がある。
暴走する憲法審査会を主権者がストップしなければならない。
